When you have high fever or an infection you will be advised to take frequent doses of medicine by your GP or practice nurse. The dose would be adjusted according to your need .It could be three times or 8 hourly per day till you complete . Then the frequency would be reduced right? For acupuncture to work in your favour repeat the sessions is a must. Get the treatment in a row for best results .Long breaks and infrequent sessions are of little help.
