Advance Payment Policy

Due to our experience with last-minute “no show” appointments, where patients do not attend without prior notice, we follow a strict advance payment policy.

To proceed with a booked appointment, payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Changing your appointment to another date is possible with prior notice.
• For cancellations within 24 hours, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.
• Missed appointments without notice may be charged at the full treatment fee.
